The tenth ESWC
The composer Schubert is known to have left a 10th symphony incomplete. Well the European Software Conference actually has always been known to deliver a complete fine work of organization and networking for the MicroISV every year. And so it was at our than jubilant 10th edition in Vienna and this ESWC 2010 proofed as young and dynamical as ever. We got so many things to discover and like real toddlers in that age we are tremendously curious, witty when not expected and stubborn when we need it. Right Alwin?! You also celebrated Collectorz 10th birthday and got us so many drinks, that we hardly managed to count `till 10. !
Through all the turmoil of the Industries our Software Industry is at the heart of recovery, with the MicroISVs forming a cornerstone in that building of progress and modernity. With many participants we were well and prepared to enjoy a great variety of sessions and to encounter many known and new faces from places that have come to join our common habitat of prosperity, welcoming Eastern Europe. We were witnessing a truely worldwide representation of human ingenuity.
Open all senses! fulfilled its meaning and we all are an active part of this ongoing revolutionary evolution of the senses and of the mind. The innovative concept of the ESWC to include future trends has proven to be the right path. David Boventer actually took the liberty to be the Keyspeaker of the ESWC 2010, demonstrating how all factors within the evolvement of modernity interact and how the active and creative role has been given to the MicroISVs, a "truely scary " task and responsibility, that big biz will always need. The Epsilon Award was won by Heaventools Software and second placed was Yutaka Emura`s EmEditor!
Thank you so much to all participants and sponsors.

I just wanted to congratulate for the perfect ESWC conference this year. It has been a real pleasure to participate and there have been plenty of well performed presentations. Again thanks a lot for organizing this event. I'm looking forward meeting you again next year.

The conference was packed with invaluable informationAndy Brice (Perfecttableplan.com)
for any software author. I also really enjoyed the social
side - It made a nice break from my normal hermit-like
working life. I certainly hope to attend future conferences.
