The ESWC (e.V.) welcomes you to become a Sponsor of the European Software Conference. The 14th annual European Software Conference will take place on November 22 and 23, 2017 in Barcelona, Spain. As the only European annual event for companies employing the shareware marketing model, the ESWC offers a unique and unrivalled opportunity for software developers, distribution companies and service providers to come together, exchange ideas and work together.

Previous years have seen a steady increase in the number of attendees, and what began as little more than an exploratory experiment has blossomed into a vibrant and established event. The ESWC is built on the basis of offering and sharing opportunities, and our policy has been to keep the costs down to an absolute minimum, so as to encourage the participation of even the smallest and newest of companies. We therefore rely heavily on the support and generosity of our sponsors to help subsidise the cost, so as to continue to keep the event open to all who wish to participate.

A. Sponsoring packages

Superb Sponsor, 12.770,- €

1. One subdomain yourdomain.euroconference.org or yourdomain.microisv.eu for the conference period linked from our homepage.

2.Special status: you may call yourself "Affiliated sponsor of the ESWC e.V." and put this as an officially legitimized logo on your web page.

3. A banner ad on the top of the ESWC web site (468 px x 60 px) appearing twice in each rotation

4. A company logo on the home page of the ESWC web site.

5. A description on your Individual Sponsors Page linked from the company logo on every page and a paragraph description (800 words) of your product/service and hyperlinked to your company web site.

6. A textline link on the ESWC web site
appearing on the top of the right-centered columm under the category " Superb Sponsors".

7. Your name and sponsorship status will be read aloud at the conclusion of the conference.

8. Two full-page inserts (DinA4) in the conference agenda brochure, distributed to all participants and other selected interested parties (such as press and media) and the opportunity to include promotional literature and premium items for attendees in the attendee bags to be handed out upon registration. 9. A full scaled exhibition area (ca. 3 sqm) with two tables and background wall open during the whole conference.(Eventual exhibtion elements on extra request). 3. Your name and sponsorship status will be read aloud at the conclusion of the conference.

4. One complimentary basic registration to attend the ESWC.

 

B. Additional sponsoring options

1. Include your promotional literature and premium items for attendees in the attendee bags to be handed out upon registration. This option (included with Superb and Premiere and Supporting sponsorship packages) may be booked

2. Direct Marketing operations

3. Advertisement
Ads and inserts in the important conference brochure (additionally or extra to sponsoring package). The brochure is distributed to all participants and additional interested parties (e.g. on Teched). The sizes are:

Quarter of a page (1/4) 19 cm (Centimeter) width and 7 cm height;
Half a page (1/2) : 19 cm (Centimeter) width and 14 cm (Centimeter) height;
One full page (1) : 19 cm (Centimeter!) width and 28 cm
(Centimeter!)height.

4. Press activities supporting the ESWC 2017 and the Epsilon Award 2017. Press information inclusion (mentioning twice your company and service) will be provided in all important magazines and newspapers in the IT sector when informing the public about the upcoming and announced winner. 5. Badges and lanyards or the ESWC 2017. This option does not include any presence with banners or logos or within the sponsor listing. These would have to be ordered and online additionally. Already booked by Software Promotions until 2017.
